My meals today!
Meal 1: Banana nut crunch w banana slices in yogurt
Meal 2: 1/4 apple and grapes
Meal 3: tuna in mineral water + 2 egg whites
Meal 4: frozen yogurt with nuts + banana
Meal 5: low fat chicken and avocado salad + sautéed mushrooms + 2 hard boiled eggs
Meal 6: 1/4 apples + grapes
1.8 liters of water, and I need to continues chugging water!!!
Insanity day 11 today, but I’m still at work, and I’ll only get back home past midnight so… :/ looks like I’m gonna miss it!
Gonna do it while watching the nba finals tomorrow before my chiro appointment!
